Raleigh Insurance Group was established in 2017 by Daniel Rohrbaugh. Daniel is originally from Lexington, NC and moved to Raleigh when he attended North Carolina State University. He and his wife, Laura, have a son and a daughter, and a dog named Seinfeld. Daniel enjoys attending NC State sports, playing golf, and lazy weekends with his family.

Garrett Walraven
I joined Raleigh Insurance Group in 2024, bringing my passion for helping people protect what matters most. Originally from Fayetteville, Georgia, I am a proud University of Georgia alumnus. Go Bulldogs! Beyond my work, I’m a family man, happily married with a wonderful daughter and two rescue dogs who keep our household full of energy. I’m also very passionate about watching sports and am an avid golfer.

Sebastian Pilay
Sebastian is a native of Davao City in the Philippines. He is a graduate of Ateneo de Davao University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. Sebastian has prior experience as an Administrative Assistant where he helped start-up businesses with their website, social media, graphic design, and advertising. He is a former triathlete, Captain of his men’s basketball team, and is passionate about cars. He is Christ-centered and family-oriented. In his downtime, Sebastian enjoys working on his Toyota Land Cruiser, riding his bike, and spending time with his family.
Carmina Quijada
Carmina is a native of the Philippine city of Davao. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Joji Ilagan Bian College of Business and Tourism. Carmina has worked in customer service and content moderation in the past. She enjoys collaborating and forming relationships with others. Carmina likes to read books, listen to music, go for walks, hang out with friends, and spend time with her family when she has free time.
